Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Artbytwee Fine Art, I want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
Because my products are custom-made, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email: teresa@artbytweefineart.com within 30 days of delivery with photos, and I will arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the order has been submitted.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link for updates.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! I'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
I may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that:

That you have been in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order has been delivered, I won't take responsibility and reship that order.
